The Q Revo is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that's priced in the middle. It's a great mopping performance but lacks some of the features found in its more expensive sibling.
During testing it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium-pile. It does not use LIDAR however, like cheaper models do to locate your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the most highly-rated robots. It offers impressive cleaning power and plenty of features such as a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. It can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automatic schedules to provide a hands-free and effortless experience.
The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is set up it can begin automated cleaning with a single button click. You can choose a general clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger pieces of debris like cereal and rice. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that the entire home is cleaned thoroughly.
This robot vacuum performs well on floors that are unfinished and carpets with low pile. It is able to pick up pet hair and sucks large objects up. It doesn't lose suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It's not able to work with plush or high-pile carpets, but iRobot promises that the next models will be better.
The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that concentrates on improving the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that has flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes this will allow it hug walls and furniture. It's an improvement over the hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are standard however we found it to be just marginally superior to circular models.
iRobot also claims the S9+ has an advanced filtering system that stops microscopic dust particles and allergens from recirculating throughout your home. We like the claim, but not enough to justify a higher price.
Its smart navigation system employs sensors that remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to stay clear of obstacles, such as stairs and other barriers and to tidy up your entire home efficiently possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers so that the robot can determine what areas require extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
When it is about robots that can combine vacuuming and mopping the Roborock Q Revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those found on more expensive models. And its mopping system is even better as its spinning pads clean your floors more efficiently than a vibrating pad.
The only drawback is the absence of a second brush for deeper cleaning. But that's not a problem when you're looking to purchase one of the top robots on the market. The dust tank on the robo-vac is bigger than most of its competitors and filling it up only takes two or three cycles, even when you have maximum dirt.
In terms of the mopping system, I was awestruck by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has that are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce minimal noise, meaning you can work or even watch television without getting distracted. If it comes across an object, such as a wall or piece of furniture, it gently bumps into it and moves forward.
The Q Revo is unique in that it runs almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac is multifunctional and will automatically move garbage into a bin hidden. It also cleans and dries the clean water tank. The app is adept at notifying you when something needs attention, such as the water tank that is running out of clean or a scheduled vacuuming session that was cancelled due to a full dust bin.
You can also design and merge rooms to modify the way that Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your home, or if you need to regularly remove clutter, such as clothes, toys and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the best performers in my test, picking up debris on carpets and hardwood floors with the first go. It can even clean up spills that are wet however I more info would recommend cleaning them off with a cloth before sending the robot in.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a top-quality robot vacuum and mop and more. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum that has a powerful suction to clean hard and carpet floors, and a rotating mop that scrubs tough staining. It also has self-cleaning bases that automatically empty and cleans mop pads, keeping them germ-free and ready for use again. It also comes with a sensor that recognizes obstacles better, allowing it to avoid falling onto furniture and other objects.
The most significant improvement to the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the sleeker, more modern design. This is due to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite big--it's over two feet in height and depth and weighs almost four pounds--the robot and its base are much less bulky than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.
This version is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and can clean 1,500 square feet in a single charge. Additionally, it comes with a larger dustbin that is more durable and can hold more debris and is easier to empty it when needed.
Additionally it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app as well as a voice assistant that works offline, so you can use it even if you're not at home. It also comes with more mopping modes and a smart routing feature which allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your house instead of simply following a predetermined route.
The X2 Omni is the most effective robot for mopping. Its mop pads rotating remove tough stains and its motor creates lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent too and it enhances suction when it detects carpets to ensure that it does the job well. It also has a large battery that can last for weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as powerful as anything we've seen in the market for a consumer robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop that comes with a range of convenience features you do not often find on robots of this price. It has the ability to create detailed floor maps, identify various flooring types and is among the few to automatically wash and dry its mop pads. But while these functions are nice to have, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the category of luxury and could mean it's slightly more expensive than the average homeowner require.
The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It is tall and slim, with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine features a large bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner while moving around your home. Behind the pane at the front is a second navigation technology that is comprised of sensors that aid the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the vacuum there is a single button which serves as an on/off switch. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, while clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The control panel has the circular menu which lets you choose cleaning modes or schedules, as well as preferences. The left and right buttons below the screen will open up the app's settings menu where you can alter the way that the L10s Ultra works with your home.
